Terms of Service
Last updated: 31 May 2026
These terms govern your use of Heion Social (the “Service”), operated by Heion Technologies. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Heion Social lets you connect a social account, pick and edit content, explicitly approve it, and publish it. Publishing always requires explicit human approval — there is no automatic publishing. Features evolve, and some (for example Instagram, Facebook, scheduling, and paid plans) may not yet be available.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your login secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Your content & responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you approve and publish, including its accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations (for example, advertising and licensing rules in your industry). Heion Social provides a content library and workflow; it does not provide financial, insurance, or legal advice, and library content is a starting point you must review and approve.
4. Third-party platforms
Your use of Threads (and any future Instagram/Facebook integration) is also governed by Meta’s terms. Heion Social is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are not currently offered. If introduced, applicable plan, billing, and cancellation terms will be presented before purchase.
6. Intellectual property
Heion Technologies retains all rights to the Service and the curated content library. You retain rights to content you create.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heion Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination you may request deletion of your data (see Privacy Policy and data deletion).
9. Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. We will post any changes on this page. Questions: terencemakkahei@gmail.com.
